Illinois has started putting up banners like this one around alot of our tollways and freeways. I think it's awesome. It's also thanks to the A.B.A.T.E. of IL people. And one of the reasons why we are one of the last states with no helmet laws. I love Biltwell's lids, but I love freeballin' it more. (and havin' the choice, unlike out seat belt laws)
